Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Elenxo — the platform, agents, reports, and related services. By creating an account or running a scan, you agree to them.

01

Your responsibilities

You may test only systems you own or have documented permission to assess. You are responsible for target accuracy, maintaining written authorization, scope boundaries, credentials, timing windows, and any third-party approvals required by your jurisdiction or contracts.

02

Accounts and security

Keep your credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for all activity through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

03

Plans, credits, and billing

Plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Credits are consumed by actual agent usage (tokens, tool calls, browser sessions) at published per-agent rates. Unused credits do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire.

If an agent run fails due to a platform issue, credits consumed by that failed run are automatically returned to your balance. Fees and taxes are otherwise non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

04

What Elenxo does and does not guarantee

Security testing is probabilistic. Our agents verify findings with real evidence, but they may produce false positives or miss issues. Elenxo does not warrant that any target is secure, compliant, or free from vulnerabilities. You remain responsible for validating findings, prioritizing remediation, and making operational decisions.

05

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access if usage threatens people, systems, service integrity, or legal compliance. You may cancel at any time; your data is handled per the Privacy Policy and any retention obligations.

06

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be flagged by a revised effective date or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
